“I’ve been a Realtor for 18 years. I’ve used more lead generation companies, SEO teams, social media Ad agencies than just about anyone I know. If there’s a company out there that does something for realtors, I’ve heard of it, talked to them and likely gave the company a try. Enter Social Realtr. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical when I first heard about Social Realtr and their value proposition. They seemed of offer ALOT for what I would consider a more than fair pricing schedule. But figured hey, what’s a few hundred bucks. With rampant inflation some of us spend that much at Starbucks in a month. I can honestly say that I have been pleasantly surprised and for the first time in forever, felt good about paying for this type of service. The consistent content, ease of communication and ability to tweak/modify it as much or as little as you like is amazing. Because of Social Realtr we have directly reengaged with three people in our social network and made 2 sales and listed a property, all within a couple months! “So, this is a company that will help real estate brokers get the most out of the social media platforms. I create most of the educational content (ideas, scripts, etc) for our channels, and it was time consuming to edit the videos for each of the platforms. Their platform allows for feedback, revisions, and eventually getting those posts up on the platform of choice. Also, having a scheduling solution is a key part of the value for us. We just started, but so far we’ve been able to create a couple of posts and it is a huge time saver. We have had some hiccups, but that is not unusual in any "creative" situation. We were able to work through the issues with support (April especially), and they are willing to connect on the phone or online to make things right. We also had a great discussion with some of the "higher ups" and they took our ideas and suggestions on how to improve the platform to heart. Looking forward to really digging in.”
